• All bookings and orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and service provider.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods accepted: GCash, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible areas.
• Full payment is required before products are shipped or services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rosavelle Beauty Lounge reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to reschedule at your convenience.

6. Customer Conduct

• We expect all clients to treat our staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
